If there are any problems, contact us. Any item shipped to us without a return authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days after being placed. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of god (i.e. weather, strikes, etc.).
We are now offering free ground shipping on orders over $99.00. For most items, Shipping will be done via FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will only ship to the Continental US. This means No International shipping. No exceptions.
